Any
mistakes we make in the rebuild process that has affected the performance of
the vehicle we will fix for free.
Exceptions:
Any
component that the customer chose not to replace O.E. is not in any way held
responsible if such component stoped working.
If
customer chooses to have O.E. replace said component after a rebuild is complete
An
installation labor fee will be charged.
Also
if any components installed by O.E. are taken apart after completed labor by
customer or third party O.E. is not responsible for damages or missing
components at such point.
Once
you or a third party has taken an O.E. rebuilt engine or component apart, you
and only you are responsible for your engine and components performance.
This
includes
Nuts,
bolts,timing,timing belts or chains, drive belts
,pulleys,gaskets,seals,plugs,torque specs and component specs.
O.
E. reserves the right not to
perform any of our courtesy (free) services .
i.e. if any payments are refused to O.E. after all labor is complete , O.E.
will not install the engine, the rest of the labor or parts bill will still be
due and there will be no refunds.
The
engine rebuild price is for mechanic labor to rebuild the engine only.
Pulling
and installing the engines is just a courtesy (free) service.
Courtesy
(free) services include:
Engine
paint
Engine
compartment paint
Transmission
out seal installation
Engine
pull /install
Post
rebuild engine test
Cleaning/polishing
components.
O.E.
as any other automotive service shops , is subject to time related delays due
to extent of engine/components damage, parts shipping and
handleing,availability of parts and parts provider .
Due
to such delays O.E. will communicate as progress is made via email or phone.
If O.E. does not have an update , no
communication should be demanded of O.E.
O.E
will not tolerate daily phone calls if
O.E. has communicated that updates will be available a day, a week or a
month after initial communication was made.
Any
unnecessary phone calls or emails will be considered harassment.
Full
payment of basic rebuild parts must be paid up front, along with 50% or 100% of
labor fees.
I
O.E advices customer that more parts are needed due to extended damage of
engine/components O.E. expects payment for such parts A.S.A.P. in order to
continue with rebuild labor.
In
essence you pay for your parts and shipping O.E will not pay for any parts or
shipping unless O.E. chooses to.
O.E.
does not and will not provide receipts for parts, for all O.E. has available
are invoices of parts ordered for several vehicles at one time and such
invoices are kept for records and are not available for public viewing, this
invoices are private property of
O.E.
Payments
can be made via check , money order , cash and paypal
